On November 7, 2024, works from the Light Realm, Warming, The Dawn Approaches and other series were presented as a solo exhibition titled Floodlight at the West Bund Art & Design Fair. Facing global constraints and challenges, artist Shen Yongji created a series of artworks to express the determination to break through boundaries and pursue inner beauty, aiming to convey positive and beautiful concepts through his sculptures. In this Floodlight series, the works incorporate organic materials combined with traditional gold and silver inlay techniques. The sculptural forms are primarily abstract, minimalist geometric shapes and grid patterns, revealing the artist's firm inner strength.
